| Okay nuts are a problem for me. I really like them. Doesn't matter what kind they are. The problem is that I have a tendency to eat to many can this hamper weight loss? | ||||||||||

| too much of anything is not good....lol when you eat your nuts...I suggest counting out 15 almonds, 30 pistacios...what ever your eating...count them out & step away from the can before you eat your nuts...lol...if you want more, try chewing a piece of SF gum, or brushing your teeth...see if that helps at all. | |||||||||||

| Nuts are one of the most calorie dense foods allowed on SB, so yes, while very healthy for you (esp. walnuts!), they can become a diet buster if overeaten. And if they are salted they can also contribute to water retention which may give the appearance of a heavier or stable scale weight. | |||||||||||
