| I love that name... lol (I'm such a goob) Anywhos... I made 2 eggs for breakfast this morning -- scrambled -- and added a pat of that Light Garlic & Herb over in the pan as they were starting to curd up.... OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Can we say GOOD? ![]() I felt the need to put that out there. Now, back to your regularly scheduled program. (LOL) | ||||||||||

| First I want to say I'm new here. I've done SB a few times in the past and I read somewhere that cream cheese substitutes are no longer allowed in the new book. Is this correct? I only have the old book so please correct me if I heard wrong, I'm in the middle of my first week and LOVE laughing cows. | ||||||||||

| yes they did remove the substitutes. don't know why. but the LF real stuff is still allowed. up to 2 tblsp per day I think. Check the food list sticky thread here under the condiments section. Also it is the LC Light that is allowed. 6 gms of total fat or less per ounce for cheeses. but yeah, it's good stuff in a lot of different applications! | |||||||||||
