Default taco question

Tonight is taco night at my house... is this acceptable for phase one? (Taco meat, lettuce, tomato, hold the chips?)

When you make your meat, try to use lean burger, steak or chicken...you can also add low fat shredded cheese, low fat sour cream...and SALSA!!!....you won't even miss the chips...I swear!

And in P2 you can put all that on a small 100% whole wheat tortilla! We do it more "fajita" style with grilled onions and peppers and pre-cooked grilled chicken strips and seasonings (chili powder, cumin, cilantro) because I don't particularly care for the premade taco seasoning stuff. You can use a little bit of guacomole too! (1/3 of an avocado is a serving of good fat.)
