The P1 food lists here don't specifically identify Quorn one way or another. I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed as a meat substitute being a fungi based protein instead of a bean based protein, but those cutlets are breaded with refined flours and it is the flour that would make them unacceptable in any phase really. And the gruyere probably isn't a low fat cheese either.
