Maybe, but it probably has more to do with your current diet!

Try to make sure you are eating all 3 meals and 2-3 snacks and are including your minimum of 4.5 cups of veggies per day, all your allowed dairy (cheese is a protein on this program, not dairy) and at least one serving of beans a day. (1/3-1/2 cup, and no not the green kind!

) Homemade chili is a great P1 food for this and an 8 oz glass of nonfat or 1% milk is a good picker-upper as well.
Be sure to check out the P1 meal model sticky thread near the top of this forum as well as the foods to enjoy list to make sure you are incorporating all the right amounts of things. And know that in P2 when you get to slowly start to expand your choices that contain carbohydrates it will get better anyway!
