| I know that I can ate nuts(pistachos, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds), chesse strings, in phase -I. Can anybody can suggest me other things can I ate for snacks? Maybe peanut butter? Jicama? cucumber? amount? This will be my last question for today, honest :Hiding: | |||||||||||

| HB Egg sliced turkey rolled up w/lettuce or mustard... 1/2 C. non fat plain yogurt 1/2 C. cucumber & 1/2 C. LF cottage cheese Celery & Natural Peanut Butter green pepper slices & mozz. cheese Canadian bacon & LF cheese rolled up green olives & LF cheese (or peperochini's ?/hot peppers if you like) cucumber slices topped w/cheese or turkey/ham Just a few idea's for ya... | |||||||||||

| one of my fave "go-to" snacks in all phases are some black beans (1/3-1/2 cup), chopped tomato and green pepper and salsa heated in a micro. you can add some shredded LF cheese at the end too to melt in if you like. | |||||||||||
