| Hi! I started SBD on monday and I have been doing pretty well. I felt a little sick wed morning but it went away. One thing that I'm concerned about is that I feel so thirsty all the time. I drink alot of water and I always have. I have a 74 oz. water bottle i drink at work and then a few glasses at home. It seems worse when I am trying to fall asleep, but I have to get and pee at night from all the water i drink. Anybody know if this is ok? | ||||||||||

| well folks often pee more as they use up their glycogen stores and the associated water stored with them, but don't know why that would necessarily make you more thirsty. drinking too much water can dilute your electrolyte balance, but I don't know if that would make you more thirsty or not. Are you eating more salty foods than normal perhaps? And if you felt a bit sick, be sure to get all your allowed good carbs in from dairy, beans and 4.5 cups minimum of veggies! | |||||||||||

| Thanks! I don't think I am consuming more salt, but I will start paying more attention. | ||||||||||
