| Newbie here. Trying to get a few questions answered that I did not find lurking around. I do not care for the original V8. But do like some of the V8 infusion. Is the infusion V8 OK in P1, P2, P3? Thanks | ||||||||||

| I think they have fruit juices in them don't they? that would make them off limits in P1 and likely only an occasional treat in P2/P3. Remember that the small V8s were originally a substitution for actual veggies to begin with. there is no requirement for V8. You can always include a 1/2 cup of veggies with breakfast and you'll be better off anyway! I hate the taste of them as well and been eating this way for 4 years and never had one yet! | |||||||||||

| Herewego, I tried the low sodium V8 and like the taste much better. I only use it for a quick "tide me over till dinner" not every day. I too prefer the real veggies. Good Luck "M" | ||||||||||

| I tried the low sodium...and IMO??....YUCK...had to add salt just to drink it...lol I love the spicy though | |||||||||||

| I buy the "Essential Antioxidents" V-8. This has just the right amount of salt. 460 mg per serving. Much less than "regular" V-8. Matter of fact, since I started using the "Essential" formula the "regular" is almost too salty for me. They also now have a "high fiber" version which I believe has the same about of sodium as the EA mentioned above. | ||||||||||

| I buy the high fiber...almost seems 'thicker'...uh.....so......guess that would be the 'high fiber' part huh?...duh T....lol | |||||||||||
