Really good blog article was linked into the Yahoo portal today. Nothing really new or surprising, but always worth revisiting! Definately worth a read, esp. for those just starting out.

Nine Cold, Hard Weight Loss Truths by Brie Cadman

It doesn't invalidate SB at all by the way. I think it just helps reinforce the basics of why SB works as a lifestyle change program and perhaps would help set expectations better for those starting out. Here are a few of my favorite excerpts:
