| Well tomorrow will be the last of Phase 1, and I've never felt better. I didn't think I could do it, espically with my SO not wanting to eat healthy (yet). I did it, bread or sugar didn't touch my lips once. It wasn't hard at all, the only trouble I had was not eating enough, but with you guys and your knowledge, I was able to get past that. The scale wasn't moving for most of the 2 weeks, but good news. I started back at the gym on Sunday, and have been doing 45-50 minutes of cardio on the eliptical, every day but today (did legs today). I feel wonderful, I"ve been eating (good things) drinking (water, coffee) and not wanting cake or cookies or chocolate or a sandwitch. And have lost a total of 5 lbs so far. YAY I'm really looking foward to phase to, I'm looking foward to Fresh Fruit, pitas, whole wheat bread, and of course the ever shrinking waist line. Farewell Phase 1, but I have a feeling I'll see you again after thanksgiving, and again after christmas. Thank you for being kind to me! -SoontobeEXchubbycass | |||||||||||

| WAY TO GO CASS!!!! SWIZEET!!!! Woo Hoo!!.....5 pounds....(happy dance)...that's a great start and now that you've added exercise, expecially cardio...I know your going to continue to lose that weight. I'm proof...I didn't 'cheat' either, and when I started doing cardio every day, I lost an average of 1-2 pounds per week!...and those numbers will add up fast. With no 'cheating', a positive attitude and TONS of determination, (all of which you seem to have) you'll be there in no time!!! You skinny CASS girl you....lol | |||||||||||
