| I've lost 10.5 lbs in about 6 weeks and then nothing. Massive plateau for the last 2 weeks. So last weekend I had a wedding, a bbq and my anniversary to deal with and I just threw it out the window. I'm too scared to get back on the scales. Im back on Phase 1 from today. Give me strength and tell me it will all be ok. I'm disappointed because I haven't really had a hard time. Phase 1 wasn't too bad and Phase 2 was just up my street. Its the plateau that bothered me. How do I stick it out next time? Thanks in advance from the LA girl in England x | ||||||||||

| Enjoy your plateau ... plateaus are good ... it is your body getting used to your new weight. Sick with it ... because every plateau is almost always followed by a major woosh ( meaning signifigant weight loss ) Quote:

| I guess misery loves company. I have not posted in a few weeks b/c I'm also at a plateau. One week I gained 2 lbs and one week I actually gained 3 lbs with an overall loss of 12 lbs in 10 weeks. I started out like gangbusters and of course, was disappointed when it did not continue. My willpower is poor on Phase II. I think, 'I can eat nuts,' so I end up eating waaay more than enough just to be munching. And, I can have ww bread now, so I have cereal for b'fast, a sandwich (2 pcs of bread) for lunch, and maybe ww crackers later, so overall it's too much. Also, faulty logic, like, 'I can eat dark chocolate and I can eat almonds, so what's wrong with a couple handfuls of M&M's, right.' Ha, no wonder I added instead of subtracting!! I am doing well on no fatty meats, no potatos, no chips, and lots of salads, though. I'm glad to see that plateaus are good, though. I'm sooo ready for my next whoosh!!! | ||||||||||

| well it seems that you may also need to adjust what you are eating ... M&Ms are on NO diet plan. Quote:
