any fast food places that are great for ph1

I am going to lunch with some friends and we don't want anything fancy so I decided to ask you guys if you had any favorite places for lunch to eat.
I do think one of the gals said panda express. never ate there either.

I'd avoid panda express. bad chinese (IMO) and very sugary sauces! Wendy's chili and a salad usually works. A subway salad is fine. Even Quizno's chili and a salad are probably OK, but they always worry me since they don't post nutritional and ingredients stuff on their website. Panera black bean soup and a salad are probably OK. Thai curry soup w/o noodles and with either shrimp or tofu and a salad (trio size for lunch) is probably fine at Noodles. Those are the ones that come to mind for me. If you end up at Panda Express, see if you can get everything steamed w/o sauces and obviously no rice in P1.
