Default Day 3

Hi all,

Today is Day 3. I think I'm doing pretty well. I managed to finally figure out how to upload my ticker and my avatar. YAY!

Yesterday I forced myself to do the exercises for day 3. Once I was done with them I was glad I did it. Mostly my problem is fitting it into my day. With a 2-year-old, a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old, I'm kept pretty busy. Now my chemistry class starts tonight, so I'll be extra busy. Oh well. I just have to keep plugging along.

Thanks for the help so far.

Hi French,
I know exactly what you mean. I have a3 kids who are 2, 6, and 9. I just started medical terminology classes two days a week. I figured out that if I didnt do my exercise first thing in the morning I didnt have any interest or energy to do it when I got home from work. So reluctantly I get up in the mornings at 5:30 and get a mile walk along with some strength training exercises done. Its pretty amazing what moms have to juggle during the day. Keep up the good work. I am on day 9 and I am pretty amazed at how much better I feel. If you ever need anything dont hesitate to ask:Biker:
