| I'm in the first week on Phase 1 and was wondering how much and how often should I work out? Normally, I work out 5-6 days a week for anywhere from 45-60 mins. Is that too much on phase 1? Or can I continue that schedule? | ||||||||||

| If that is what you are used to I certainly wouldnt cut it out. I think that is fine and probably a good amount to exercise per week. | ||||||||||

| I think you will need to time your meals and snacks more intelligently and make sure you keep up with all your good P1 carbs, esp. the dairy (milk/yogurt) and beans/legumes to keep your energy levels up. | |||||||||||
