Default I've returned!

Just so everyone knows, I jumped back on phase 1 for two weeks...this is my 2nd week...it's helped very much, as I was really starting to slipping up with cookies & chocolate...which is not good right before halloween!...so I just wanted to let ya all know I'm here with ya!

So how'd it work out for ya?? Easing back into P2 again yet? I never liked P1 enough to ever go back to it and for awhile I joked that it was the fear of having to go back to P1 that kept me mostly on track in P2 and P3! But if it works for you, then that's all that really matters. It does seem to be a popular tactic, so hopefully it helped get you back on track!

actually it did work pretty good for me...I mostly did it to get rid of all the cravings I was getting back...I had strayed a bit too far there for awhile...I only stayed on it for about 5 days really, if that even...I've dropped 4 pounds since so something worked.

I also took a small 'break' from working out so much too...still did my 1/2 hour cardio videos in the morning, but I did back off going to the gym and lifting weights so much...humm...maybe that was my problem? Maybe I was lifting too much weight?...bulking up?....I'm not sure what worked, but I'm closer to my goal than I was, so I'll take it...I am back on phase 2 for the most part.

Probably just the mix of things IMO. Different exercise patterns, different caloric intakes, different macronutrient ratios, and so forth just tend to shake things up and get them going again IMO. Good to hear!
