Default sugar free cocoa

I remember drinking sugar free cocoa by swiss miss when i was on weight watchers. It is very low calorie (25 cals per envelope) and helps beat the chocolate craving--is this anyone else's secret as well?

nope. but I do like the no sugar added fudge pops! same idea. just count the calories towards your sweet treat limit (75-100 calories daily).

Sugar free Swiss Miss Cocoa is great. It is my Ricotta creme staple. Nothing tastes quite like it. Really satisfies the "I Need Chocolate" monster.

Oh - and on the Sugar free fudge pops - let them soften a bit (melt) and then mash some all natural peanut butter for a nice Reese's peanut butter snack substitute

Hey KSE Live, I will tell you what I do. I take Hershey's Cocoa (2 Tbs.), add 1 packet Splenda, then add a little hot water to dissolve cocoa/splenda mix in a mug. I heat up 1 cup skim milk until just about boiling and add milk to cocoa mix in mug. Stir and enjoy. It is fantastic and fits in on Phase II. Try it, you will like it.
