Hi everyone I am back for the second time and on day two.I know this way of eating works so I hope I am ready to stay focused.Words of wisdom welcome!

first off...welcome back! great to have you with us...

words of wisdom? You already said it...stay focused...If you stay determined to succeed, you will. Put it in your head that you will do it. You can do it, your the only one my friend. Stick to it and never settle for less until your where you want to be...took me two times around to reach my goal, and damn it...I learned my lesson, which was I shoulda done it right the first time! You deserve this for yourself...now make it happen.

If you need anything, we're here for ya...stay focused my friend!

Positive thinking goes a LOOOOOONG way!

I have only been at this for 2 weeks, but I am so happy with what I can see and feel happening in my body already! (I have not and will not weigh myself...this isn't about a number, it's about being healthy)

But I can say, I am in a size smaller, my wedding bands are loose, and I feel super. My first week was TOUGH, but I just kept taking things one step at a time. If I wanted to cheat I would put it off for 5 mins, then either the craving would be gone, or I would say, just another 5 mins. Chewing gum really helped. I bought a sweet gum (melon) that is sugar free, so I felt like I was cheating...

I still am using my 5 min thing as my husband eats popcorn, that I will not have, and it works.

You CAN do this!!!!!!

Last week i switched to cinnamon sugar free gum--cinnamon seems more holiday to me. It helps so much!
