Hi everyone I just wanted to introduce myself before I start hounding everyone with my tons of questions. I am so impressed with the support of everyone on this board (and also impressed with all of the weight loss) I have learned so much and had so many of my questions already answered as I have perused through the different posts. Anyway I started Last Sunday so it’s day 6 for me and it certainly was not an easy week! Talk to you soon.

RedRox just loves a good question....he has the most complete answers I've ever seen...no stone unturned...and I think he even loves a good challenge question to...he will search until he finds an answer for ya, if he doesn't already know it...lol

Welcome Essie. I'm a newbie, too. In last day of my 4th week. I found the 1st week difficult, too. I felt tired, a little crazy (emotional) and like I was eating in a different country. Then, I felt better and better each week. Now I'm at the stage where the other way of eating seems strange....like horse food; nothing I want to eat. Hang in there, lots of rest, water and frequent mini-meals if possible. Do you feel a lack of cravings?
