Hi! I started the diet on Tuesday and i'm very satisfied with it.. But i have a question.. i ought the book but there is somethings i'm confused about..
i think i have eaten all the wrong cheeses hope i didn't gain weight.. however,
what should the percentage of fat in the cheese be? I ate ricotta earlier and found out that it's not low-fat.. am so confused.. i have been eating cottage cheese as well and it doesn't say low fat.. help me pls!

cheeses should be 6 gms of fat or less per 1 oz. serving. things like ricotta or cottage cheese should probably be 2% or less I would think.

The food list in the sticky thread here has these listings:

Cottage cheese, 1-2% or fat-free
Part-skim Ricotta

ok.. i just found out thay 1 oz i 28 grams. we don't work with oz here so it's quit confusing for me!
let me think..
6g fat pr 28g
12g fat pr 56g
18g fat pr 84g..
24g fat pr 112g (too much)
am i thinking right?
behind the product it says pr 100g...and sometimes pr 30gr.. but on my cheeses it doesn'y say pr 30g.. so in order to find out if i can eat the cheese i must do some maths! if i find a cheese and it says 18g fat pr 100g, I can eat it?
