 salad dressing question What are the sugar and fat parameters I am looking for in a bottled salad dressing? I think it is no more than 3 grams of sugar per serving but I am not sure what the suggested fat per serving is. Thanks. Kelly      | ||||||||||

10-16 gms of fat in a 2 tblsp. serving. most "low fat" dressings are considered "limited" and fat free dressings are "avoid". Better if they use good, healthy oils like olive oil or canola oil. You are correct on the sugar values!  | |||||||||||
