| I know that sugar-free/fat-free pudding is not listed as ok to eat in the book. Can someone explain to me why? I have not eaten it, I am just curious. One box only takes 2 cups f/f milk. Split into 4 equal serving is only 1/2c and is under daily recommended allowance for dairy!! Help me understand please!! | ||||||||||

| go to the section where they talk about phase 2. there you can get a list of foods you can reintroduce in phase2. This is what it says about pudding: SWEET TREATS Pudding, fat-free and sugar-free (1 serving per day) | ||||||||||

| It has to do with the added starches to make the pudding set up properly that make them off limits in P1 only. And FWIW, the pre-made pudding cups are not OK in any phase. | |||||||||||
