Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ok, so I know this sounds like a no-no. But, I was thinking as long as one had some willpower to stop when they should this could work?? Let me know what you think:

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
2 cups granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (e.g., Splenda ®)
2 large eggs

I know we are allowed up to (I forget exactly) 1-2TBS of Natural PB. Couldn't I make these and separate into the right serving and have a treat??

Yes. that recipe is an acceptable SB cookie recipe. Just depends on how you feel about those cups of splenda! FWIW, I have seen that same recipe on other SB boards with just a cup of each and 1 egg. Maybe making less would reduce the damage if you can't stop! 1 cup = 16 TBSLP so you would get 1/8 of how ever many cookies that makes for you if you cut the recipe in half or 1/16 of the total output if you use the recipe as written there.
