Are Dr. Praegar's California Veggie Burgers allowed?

Carrot, Onion, Stringbeans, Soybeans, Zucchini, Oat Bran, Peas, Spinach, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Broccoli, Textured Soy Flour, Corn, Oat Fiber, Red Pepper, Arrowroot, Corn Meal, Corn Starch, Garlic, Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, All Natural Vegetable Gum

The bolded items above make them a choice for P2 rather than P1 really. I agree they are delicious though. We miss them. Our local COSTCO used to carry them but haven't had them in a few years and I haven't seen them anywhere else either. I always found them interesting because for a veggie burger, they actually tasted like veggies! Which is a good thing for me! (And our vegetarian daughter!)

nope. none of them in colorado. A new Sunflower Farmers Market opened recently which is a bit trader joe-ish, so maybe we ought to look there the next time we're in the neighborhood. If anyone lives in the southwest (They are currently in a broad swath of states from Nevada to Texas) they are worth checking out.
