Default Anything Phase I eligible at McDonalds?

Is there anything I can have from McDonalds? Maybe a salad? Thanks!

Hi John,

I didn't want you to have to wait too long for a response! But, with that said, I don't ever eat at McDonald's, so I wouldn't know for sure. If you can get a veggie-only salad, without croutons, and with a dressing that does not have sugar in it (probably an Italian would work), and some sort of grilled meat (non-breaded, non-fried), that would be perfect for Phase 1 (as long as the salad is big enough). We are supposed to have a minimum of 2 C. veggies at lunch or dinner. Stay away from the buns, the fries, the sugary drinks and desserts. (When I think of McDonald's, that's all that comes to mind, but they may have smartened up and added a healthier line of fare for those of us who care about our health.) Sorry, but I'm not a big fan of fast-food chains...

Hey! I know they have grilled chicken sandwiches. In a pinch, I would maybe ask for the sandwich (no bun) and a side salad with the limitations as Jilly described. That would make a great meal! The hamburger there is not lean enough, I don't think to do no bun...
