| It's almost over!! Yipee!! I had an accident. Well, wasn't really an accident. I was a "have-to" moment! I had to go to an Xmas party last night at a bar (blah, didn't want to go, couldn't drink the beer, couldn't eat the wings! *lol) I broke down and I had ONE Bud Light. *gasp* *ducking from the rotten tomatoes being thrown* But JUST one. And I drank a tonne of water before I went, and I am drinking a tonne of water today. But it's almost been 2 weeks, I have lost 3 inches off my tummy (and that was AFTER dinner measurements so I would be at my biggest!) and an inch off each arm! .. nowhere else though *pout* .. But its a START! *happy dance* ~MD

| You are doing great! I would say there is probably a "must have" moment for everyone now and then. At least you kept it to a minimum and got right back on the next day! Great Job! | ||||||||||

| I'm pretty excited about it! What's even worse is that when I get up in the morning I rush to see what I get to eat for dinner that day! I'm always so excited! *lol* Last night I had salsa chicken and mushroom stuffed mushrooms w/asparagus and beanies. OMG it was so good! I eat better on this so-called "diet" than I ever did in real life. No wonder its called a lifestyle change!
