Unhappy Calorie counting?

I know I've read that you do not have to count calories with this plan, but if I stick to the meal examples, I'm hungry all day. So, I've been limiting myself to only phase 1 approved foods and eating small meals throughout the day when I'm hungry, but after two weeks of this, I haven't lost any weight. Does anyone have any suggestions? How can I limit my calorie intake without being hungry?

Default it is more typical to lose weight after two weeks

Can you post a sample day or two of meals? It is tedious to journal all that you are eating, but it was necessary for me~~~and even now two months later, it helps me stay on track.

If you post what you are eating, some experienced South Beach Board members maybe able to help "diagnose"

I do keep track of my calories even the plan does not tell you have to do that. I use fitday.com Losing weight there is one factor "your calories taken in must be less than energy expended". I don't really count carbs as long as I stay in the guidelines. Post a couple of your daily menus so we can help you out.
