| Does anyone know what the limit on Jello Light is? I know on the Dr. B diet its one of those foods that it doesnt matter when/how much you eat of it.. Whats the SBD take on this? Anyone know? I am trying to find new midday/afternoon snacks. Getting bored of the same ol' almonds, celery w/laughing cow cheese combos. lol ~MD

| I wouldn't think there would be a limit other than a self-imposed one, especially if you find your weight loss stalls. | ||||||||||

| The limit on "sweet treats" - no-sugar types, of course, is 75 - 100 calories per day. I like sugar free fudgesicles which have 40 calories each, so I wouldn't have more than 2 in a day... I think it's not so much about the calories themselves, but the fact that those things really are not all that good for us. It's much better to get our "calories" from real foods, but this "diet" is very realistic and I think he realizes we have to have something for the sweet tooth once in a while! | |||||||||||

| Well I realize Jell-o isn't the healthiest thing in the world for me - but I honestly need some more variety in my snacks. Ugh.. I would rather go WITHOUT a snack then keep eating the same ones over and over again! (and no I'm not going to skip my snack because thats a no-no!) I will usually bring Walnuts/ Almonds, celery w/Laughing cow cheese, turkey or ham roll ups, a cheese stick, or Jell-o. Any other ideas? I work in a dr's office so I have to have snacks that are easy to hide, non-messy, and have no smell! *lol* ~MD
