I am on day 12 of South Beach. I have been keeping a daily record in my blog of what I eat.
I am copying this from part of my Day 12 blog:
This morning I was tired

. I went to bed early, but really tired again. I am wondering if it is something I am eating = fudgcicle? I think I will cut it out a few days and see if I feel differently.
I have to admit, today I was weak and stepped on the scale. I am the type that stepping on the scale usually motivates me either way. That is, if it says I gained, then I know I need to step up. If I lose, then it gives me the boost to keep going.
However this morning it left me

. I think I am doing well with sticking with eating better. I am feeling much better (regardless of being tired). But the scale, says a small weight gain.
First I am not by any means going to use it as an excuse to quit, because though I want to lose weight (badly), I also want to eat healthier and be healthier. What I was doing before (nothing but eating whatever, whenever), was not getting me into the healthy range, so I definitely do NOT want to go back to that.

Secondly, I realize that it could be that I age later than usual yesterday (because I am gone from the house from 12:30 until 7:30).
That said, I am still wondering if anyone sees something on my previous menus that red flags weight loss?
I know I need to exercise more (yesterday I ice skated for 1 1/2), but most days, I haven't been doing much if anything. I know that this will help.
