Uh oh! I'm getting sick! What can I eat?

Today is day 5 for me, in P1...

I woke up with a terrible sore throat. I managed to heat the vegetable quiche cups that I mad a few days ago and stored in the freezer... it's almost noon, and I haven't had my morning snack. I just don't feel like eating. What I feel like doing is sipping on some broth and going BACK to bed!

Any suggestions for meals when a person is ill? Chicken noodle soup and a big glass of OJ sounds PERFECT right now, but I know those are out of the question!

I'm going to attempt to eat some broccoli and rest a for awhile. Let me know what you come up with.

Joel you can have the chicken soup minus the noodles. When you are sick you need to keep yourself hydrated. Try some nice warm tea with lemon and some splenda. I hope you feel better soon.
