As far as portion control, what I have found that works for me is simply smaller plates. Not saucer size, what I found in the summer dinner wear section of the store were some small plastic plates. They are smaller than dinner plates and when you put smaller portions on them the plate is still full. Its a visual thing. It helps me.

I just want my sugar craving to go away. The first time I was in SB i lost 40 pounds. I know that I can do it! But I don't know if I should wait after Thansgiving Day and Christmas and start January 1st.
