I everyone! I'm still in my 3rd week of Phase One (I'm extending it to 4 weeks). I started the diet on April 7th.
As of this morning, I am down 10.6 pounds! YAY!! I was expecting to have it off after the end of the 2nd week, but that's okay. I'm glad it's finally gone, now!
I haven't cheated, but I had a dream the other night that I was at a Christmas party with all these people I didn't know. The room was dark and I sat down to eat and my plate had spaghetti and french bread on it. lol. Those are two things my family would never dream of serving at a holiday dinner, but I guess I dreamt about them because I could eat spaghetti and french bread every day. lol. Anyway, I started eating, and I got about half way done before I realized what I was doing! lol.
I hope everyone is doing well!

Those are really the only thing that are truly unlimited.
Include some amount of beans/legumes daily too. Lots of good carbs and the fiber will help with P1 constipation (if that is a problem) and overall energy levels and they tend to stay with you longer hunger-wise than other forms of veggies. A serving of beans is 1/3-1/2 cup but you can have more than one serving in a day, just not together. Homemade chili with SB friendly ingredients is always a great P1 meal and if you make a big batch you can freeze or refrigerate some in small servings for snacks too that can be easily reheated.
