| I need to lose 20-30lbs. I've lost 10lbs doing phase 1 twice. How many mor times can I do it, beforeI should go to phase 2? |

| you shouldn't be in P1 longer than 2 weeks. It's purpose is to normalize blood sugars and help control food based hunger pangs, not really weight loss anyway. Dr. A says you can go back to it if you go off plan or if your food based hunger pangs return. The real test for P1 is whether food base hunger pangs (i.e. cravings) are present. It really has nothing to do with weight loss. That's what P2 is for. | |||||||||||
