It doesn't exist anywhere within the SB literature. You use the foods in the foods list and the meal models to put together a program that works for you and includes a balanced diet with good fats, lean proteins and healthy carbohydrates, but the percentages will vary on the person and their specific implementation. As Dr. Agatston noted somewhere, there are heart healthy populations that exist in the world with widely varying macronutrient percentages between them, so he is reluctant to focus on one specific set of ratios for everyone. It also will vary quite a bit between P1 and P2 as well, so even if there were a target, and there isn't, it would need to be phase specific. But in general this is a program that isn't very quantitative in nature. It isn't real big on numbers of things for the most part. It's more experiential and qualitative in its approach really.
