| I think they have grains in them so only in P2. Better to eat real foods that contain protein though. The program existed long before the unholy alliance between SB and Kraft foods. They are basically just a crap food you are better off without IMO. Getting in adequate amounts of protein is not usually a problem for most people in P1. Getting them to get in all their good carbs to help keep them out of ketosis and believing that they need to maximize the allowed carb sources in P1 is usually a much more difficult part of the program for them to come to grips with for some reason.
