| I am on my 4th day on ph 1 and I have a friend that is 3months in on SB. She was telling me yesterday that she is doing SB but kinda tweeked it alittle. I guess she is doing south beach PH 2/ weight watchers core... in a nut shell she says she follows SB ph 2 and gives her self 35 points to use for the week... It looks like whatever she is doing is working... she looks awesome. So my question to you is: Is anyone else tweeking their SB program? and if so, what are you doing? When I looked up " the Core" on weight watchers and on line, it is similar to SB but they use fat free in stead of low fat and it is clore to Ph 2 because they allow you to eat some fruits and grains. | ||||||||||
