| Can you use honey and cinnamon as a sugar substitute? I also would like to know how much sugar is allowed? | ||||||||||

| Naturally occurring sugars in things like milk, tomatoes, vegetables, yogurt and so forth are fine in the amounts allowed within the foods lists. Added sugars in things like honey are not. cinnamon is fine. There is no set amount of sugars or carbs from naturally occuring foods listed in the foods lists. Just follow the meal models and use the foods in the P1 foods list (both are available as sticky topics in this P1 forum) and your should be fine! good luck! | |||||||||||
