I find that I get all bloaty like a balloon when I'm eating these Phase 1 foods. How can I avoid that? I'm eating like, a fried egg w/ a v8 in the morning, Chef Salad for lunch and Pork Tenderloin with salad and broccoli for dinner. I do increase my water intake, but I still find that I have embarrassing gas problems.
Would taking tums help? Also, I've heard that charcoal tablets help. Has anyone tried these? Or, would a products like "Beano" work better?
