    I have been on this diet since monday sept. 20 it is now sept 22. In 2 days i lost 6 pounds i know its water weight but im happy to be losing something. I dont find this diet hard at all. I was off of work today so i thought i would try some of the recipes for phase one. I tried the peanut chicken,asian greenbean salad,aggieland zucchini and for dessert pineapple orange sherbet. It was so good. I didnt feel like i was on a diet. Im also making my own jerky. I know that i will stick with this diet. I dont find it to be to restrictive and i like the food. I do miss my bread with my eggs but i know ill have that again soon. I wish everyone luck who is doing this diet. Keep up the good work.

    r u on ph 1? if you are check on that pineapple? I don't think you can have it on ph 1>>>> : (

    Hiya Hotie ~

    I am in my 5th week of SB....and lovin' it! I stayed almost 4 weeks on Phase I to make sure all the cravings were gone. I'm very slowly introducing Phase 2 items now.
    This is truly a 'lifestyle' change and a way of eating that I will continue. I agree that it doesn't feel restrictive, and doesn't feel like a diet. I have to laugh cuz I missed my bread soooooooo much; now, I haven't even been anxious to add it back. I've ventured back in with the 96% fat free whole wheat tortillas instead.
    I have dropped 15 lbs exactly since starting this. Slow and stady wins the race, right?

    Congratulation on the 15 pound loss. I plan on doing phase 1 for another 2 weeks also. I have lots of weight to lose. Your right the slower we lose the better it is to keep it off. I have followed lose weight fast diets and always gained it all back plus a few more pounds. I know this time i will make it to my goal. This is easy. thanks for responding.

    Hi the pineapple orange sherbert has no fruit in it. Its made with crystal light drink mix. You can use any flavor of crystal to make this. Heres the recipe if you would like to try it.

    1 pkt crystal light any flavor
    3 cups fat free milk
    1 tub cool whip free whip topping thawed

    Place drink mix in large non metal bowl. Add milk, stir until drink mix is completely dissolved.
    Add whipped topping, stir with wire whisk until well blended. Sppon into 13x9 inch baking dish.
    Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving, let stand at room temperature
    to soften slightly.
    Makes 16 servings 1/2 cup servings
