I have been on this diet since monday sept. 20 it is now sept 22. In 2 days i lost 6 pounds i know its water weight but im happy to be losing something. I dont find this diet hard at all. I was off of work today so i thought i would try some of the recipes for phase one. I tried the peanut chicken,asian greenbean salad,aggieland zucchini and for dessert pineapple orange sherbet. It was so good. I didnt feel like i was on a diet. Im also making my own jerky. I know that i will stick with this diet. I dont find it to be to restrictive and i like the food. I do miss my bread with my eggs but i know ill have that again soon. I wish everyone luck who is doing this diet. Keep up the good work.
