Hi,
I'm new to the forum and am just finishing my second week of phase I. I have read that the goal of phase I is to balance blood sugar and decrease cravings and dependence on carbs. My problem is that I still crave carbs.
I hear that Phase II involves adding healthy carbs back into your diet until the cravings for carbs return, but if I am already craving carbs will my cravings decrease when I start eating them again?
Should I stay in Phase I for another week to see if that helps?
Please help, I'm hungry and my boyfriend is eating a sandwich!
