I am planning on starting phase 1 this weekend, Sunday. Just wondering if anyone started or planning on start. Keeping touch with a group will definitely help me stay on track. I have done south beach before, but now gained 15 some pounds because of not following anything. So it's time to get back on plan and get back to my healthy weight.

This year I am determined not to gain weight during the holidays. Just think we could be close to goal or at least half way by X-mas.
