Like many people, I am super busy during the week and have very little time to cook. I am starting a thread to bring together meal and recipe suggestions for Phase 1 that do not involve ingredients we don't typically have, and/or are not difficult to throw together. Tommorrow's supper will be meatloaf with veggie filler:
Lean ground beaf
1 egg
Dried onion
spinach
ground tomatoes
chopped portobello mushrooms
seasoning to taste
