I'm starting p1 this week. Is there anyone who would like to join me? Here is a little about myself and my why as to why I'm doing the SBD. I am determined not to gain weight over the holidays. The SB lifestyle seems to be healthy and doable for me. I will be starting P90 for my exercise next week! I weighed in at 211 on 11-08-10- I'm 5'10. I don't even feel comfortable in my own skin so SB was the action part of my plan to eat healthy. I am excited to be doing something that I know will reap many positive changes in my life. Right now, I'm holding on tightly to P1- making sure I drink enough water and eat only P1 foods. I'll post my menus because I need the accountability.
