Morning,
I would like to start SB again and am gearing up mentally to do this. I have not done it successfully for more than a year, but bumped into a co-worker that has lost a great deal of weight and since I need to lose some weight, would like to try it again. Btw I am 58 and have had great success in the past as well as our company doctor HIGHLY recommends SB to anyone that is overweight. The problem is..and I guess I am just making it a problem, on my floor at work..not only are there many large folks, but large eaters. To give you an idea yesterday there were huge tubs of leftover pasta, salad, bread and desserts from a meeting. This usually happens at least a couple of times a week. The mailroom is located in the kitchen area so I am forced to go in there. Should I keep snacks at my desk...I got weak yesterday and ate a couple of cookies..have not officially started SB but the sugar is really kicking my butt as well as I am toting some extra weight. Anyone in a similar situation?? Please advise...Thanks
