So idk if ppl even come on here but here goes nothing. i am 21 female who has always struggled with my weight since a yound age. i have tried cuttin back on foods did sports n wat no with little luck. so i decided to try this diet since many ppl seem to have luck I have been on the diet for about a week n a half and not seem to be losin weight. i have lost three maybe five pounds. i have not cheated once and am stickin to the foods to enjoy list as well as recipies in the book and cookbook. i am gettin discouraged because i am not losing alot of weight. please help
