Ok I have been on the diet for 3 days now. I am feeling great, and I am not having cravings or anything like that, but what I would like to know is if I do not feel hungry at all, do I still have to eat a meal. I am not one to eat breakfast, I am just not hungry when I wake up. I will have a mid morning snack such as string cheese or some bell pepper, but as for a full blown meal, I just cant eat it when Im not hungry and I dont want to waste the food. I have not had cravings in between meals, even if I should skip a meal due to not being hungry, but I want to make sure I get the most from this diet. Do I absolutely have to eat something if I am feeling no hunger???
