Default Ingredient/Grocery Suggestions! (please)

So I'm planning to start the South Beach Diet this Saturday when I have the time to do grocery shopping for the proper foods. I bought the book which gives lots of suggestions for foods and gives an example of a two week meal plan. It would probably be easiest for me to adhere to this meal plan or close to it...I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for specific ingredients/brands for me to use for some phase 1 foods! Thanks!

The things I have lived on my first 2 weeks are -

eggs (hardboil like 6 then you have them for snacks)
turkey bacon
lean ground beef mixed with black beans (put some salsa and lf sour cream on top and YUM)
SF fudgesicles
Raw almonds
SB balsamic dressing
V8
Mock oatmeal (1/2c LF ricotta, 1 egg, 1 packet splenda, cinnamon and vanilla, 1t olive oil - stir then micro 3 minutes)
Edamame - I buy it shelled and frozen, then micro a serving for a minute
Chicken
Tuna in a can
Sugar free chewing gum
Flavored water or those little packets you can add to a water bottle that are sugar free

Hope that helps!
Amy
