| :OMG: Guys, I messed up. I am in day 9 of phase 1 and I just ate a girl scout cookie. The one cookie I ate equals out to be 30 Cals 1.4G of fat, 4g of Carbs and 1.4g of sugar. My daughter wanted one and I, unknowingly out of habit put one in my mouth and when I was done and putting it away, I was like "what the heck was that all about." There was no craving or anything, it just happened. So now what? Did I mess up big or do I just continue like it was no big deal? Funny thing is that once I ate it, I did want more. But I pulled out some cashews and drank a whole bottle of water. Bad bad me! | ||||||||||

| I did the same thing with Sunchips last week - I just popped one in my mouth as I was putting them on plates, without even thinking! Thank goodness it was only one! | ||||||||||

| But...if you find you start having cravings for sweets, carbs, whatever, make sure you stay on Phase 1 long enough to banish those cravings! Carry on!!!!!!:cloud: | ||||||||||
