Question What can I eat tonight?!?!?!

Hey all. My son is graduating tomorrow and we are eating out tonight at Red Lobster (his favorite) I have no idea what I can eat there. Please help me with wise choices. I am on day 5 of phase 1. Thanks in advance! Blessings~Linder

Stick with the grilled shrimp or grilled/roasted fish entrees but watch out for the butter. As tempting as it is, don't add any to your plate. Butter is not SB legal. You could take a tiny tupperware container of Smart Balance with you and use a bit of that if you'd like to. But just remember that foods cooked by restaurants are usually cooked with oils and or butter so the fat content will already be high. Avoid any rolls/breads and nothing fried and skip the lobster because the temptation to dip it in butter is too great. Their roasted tiliapia sounds pretty SB friendly. Oh and if an entree includes rice/potatoes/starch tell them to leave it off your plate or substitute it with more veggies. Another tip: Drink a lot of water before you go out to dinner. That way you won't be sitting there with your stomach growling and temptation lurking...Here's a link to their site and dinner menu so you can do a little pre-planning:

I used to work at Red Lobster, you can ask for any of the broiled items to be broiled dry with lemon juice (no oils or butters) fish, shrimp, scallops, lobster, oysters and clams on the halfshell or steamed too.

They usually have a veggie of the day like steamed brocooli and side salads with all their entrees. It should be very easy to eat SB style at RL! Enjoy your meal!
