Howdy!
I am new here. Me & my daughter started the South Beach Diet on 5/28/2006:Sympathy: so far everything is going good! Although yesterday I was dying for a cookie! This is our 2nd time doing this diet. We did it when it first came out and my daughter lost a lot of weight. I lost a little. :Sarcastic:
Hopefully it will go better this time for me. I have been sprinkling ground flax seed on top of our food, since you really can't taste it anyway (to me anyway) don’t want to get plugged up. With all the cheese & meat it’s bound to happen.
We had Spinach w/ eggs and cheese for breakfast. Lunch is Black Beans with Pico de Gallo (tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, & cilantro) she has chicken with hers. I brought some cottage cheese and cashews for snacks. Fish is for dinner.

But I have to find some desserts to try out for Phase 1- I found a couple Mocha Ricotta Cheese & Iced Vanilla Chai Coffee & of course we always have Jello.
Any others suggestions?
