| Just started the diet on Thursday and even though i didn't want to weight myself i did this morning because I was a bit skeptical about the diet(after day 2) and have lost 3 lbs. I'm just worried because I feel a great portion of this weight is only water weight. I have faith though after reading the success stories on the site. | ||||||||||

| It's understandable to be skeptical. And you're probably right about some of the 3 lbs. lost in just the first few days being water weight. How much do you weigh now and how much do you want to lose? The less you have to lose ....... the slower it will come off, you know. But, it will come off. Try not to weigh but once a week and at the same time of day. Thanks for joining up with us and posting here. I wish you much success on the beach! | |||||||||||

| My starting weight was 154 and im 151 right now. I'd be happy with anywhere from 125 to 130 i am about 5'3 a little on the short side. Im on my 4th day right now but really following the diet closely and the food is actually really good. :Read: | ||||||||||

| Hi, twofins. Congratulations on the great start you're making! I just want to encourage you to try not to focus too much on what the scale says. Based on experience, the loss probably will slow down or even stop sometimes. By following the diet closely you're eliminating your cravings, and that is the actual purpose of Phase 1. | ||||||||||

| I'm glad that you're liking the foods. We've got a couple of shorties here who are working the plan, Mindy and DebLynn are 2 who come to mind right away. I'm currently hosting a Squeaky Clean Phase One Challenge right now. I just started today, but you can jump in there if you'd like. No pressure to though. | |||||||||||
